Acupuncture

Placement and gentle stimulation of very slender, sterile needles at specific locations on the body to promote systemic balance and open areas of blockage to help manage pain. Pediatric and non-needle options for stimulation of the points are also available for those who are averse to needles.

Functional Medicine Labs

Complete review of body systems using both physical examination including pulse and tongue, as well as functional medicine analysis using appropriate lab work, to identify areas of imbalance and create a plan for addressing those via foods, herbs, supplements and lifestyle.

AcuSound

Tuning forks of different frequencies are used to stimulate acupuncture points and meridians, to relax the nervous system, encourage release of blockage and tension, and balance the flow of Qi. This is a wonderful alternative to traditional acupuncture for those who are needle-averse or very sensitive. Children also respond well to this style of stimulation.

Acupressure

Acupressure is a type of focused bodywork in which specific points and pathways along the body are stimulated through pressure. It is best used as an add-on to acupuncture, although it can also be a stand-alone treatment. Special attention is generally given to points on the hands and feet, which can affect the whole body (similar to reflexology).
